2Which engineering plastics can you support for structural or industrial parts?
Common high-performance routes include PPS+GF, PA66+GF, PEI, and POM for structural or heat-adjacent applications. Final material selection depends on load, temperature, chemical exposure, and volume.
3How long does development take from DFM approval to first molded samples?
After a 30% deposit and confirmed DFM, first trial shots (T1) typically take 40–90 calendar days depending on mold complexity. If T1 requires changes, a second trial (T2) is usually completed within about 10 working days. Mass production scheduling is confirmed once samples are approved.
